Class Refund
Policy Refunds must be
requested in writing or email within 24 hours of the meeting of the
first class.
If the student attends the first class & then requests a refund, a
pro-rated amount will be deducted from the refund.
There will be a $30.00 administration fee for withdrawing from the
class for any reason.
Credit transfers are available for any unused classes without
incurring the administration fee. Class transfers and credits must
be requested in writing or email and must be activated within 90
days unless other arrangements are made with All Dogs Training
Services.
Payment for classes canceled by All Dogs Training Services will be
refunded in full.
Private Lesson Refund Policy
Payment for private lessons are due at the time of the lesson.
Private lessons must be canceled at least 24 hours prior to the
scheduled meeting.
If the cancelation is made less than 24 hours prior to the
scheduled meeting, we will require a 50% deposit before another
meeting will be scheduled.
Fun Matches Refund Policy
No refunds will be given for fun match pre-entries, however you may
send someone in your place in the event you cannot attend. If
you are sending someone in your place, please email us so that we
are aware of the change.
Trial Refund
Policy There
will be no refunds for entries withdrawn after the closing date or
in the event a dog and/or handler are dismissed from competition,
regardless of the reason for such dismissal, including, but not
limited to, aggressive dogs. Handlers with medical emergencies
providing a doctor’s note or having an injured dog or bitch in
heat, with veterinarian’s documentation, may cancel 24 hours prior
to the start of the trial and receive a 50% credit slip.
Due to the rising costs of trial production there will be no
refunds after closing and a $10 processing fee for cash refund
before closing though an exhibitor may choose to receive a credit
slip for 100% of the refund value for no additional cost.
